Purpose & Content
Giving effective lectures is mathematics is hard. In this interactive & pratice-orientated workshop we will pool the existing successful teaching techniques at the faculty and combine them with inputs from teaching research. The goal is that all participants come away with new ideas and an enriched "teaching toolbox". We will cover for example: Lecture structuring, visualisations, student engagement and mathematical proofs.

Is this workshop for you?
Yes, if you have found successful techniques for lecturing mathematics that you want to share with your colleagues!
Yes, if you are keen to enlarge your mathematics teaching toolbox!
Yes, if you would like your students to be more engaged during your lectures!
