This is the first of three talks about Generalised Descriptive Set Theory. The aim of this talk is to introduce the notions of \(\kappa\)‑Borel class, \(\kappa\)‑analytic class, \(\kappa\)‑analytic-coanalytic class, \(\kappa\)‑Borel* class, and show the relation between these classes.
