In this talk, we will present a new stochastic method to reconstruct the binary mask χΩ of a time-frequency localization operator. We use super-level sets of averaged spectrograms of time-frequency filtered realizations of white noise as an estimator of the localization domain Ω and show that with high probability and in expectation, the error of our method is concentrated in a neighborhood of the perimeter of Ω.
