The Lovász Local Lemma is a classical tool in probabilistic combinatorics with numerous and diverse applications. In this talk, I will survey what is known about the behavior of the Local Lemma in the Borel and measurable context, including some very recent progress, and state several open problems. Parts of this talk are based on joint work with Jing Yu and Felix Weilacher.
