We will give an explicit presentation of the algebra of (unramified) automorphic forms for GL_r over a function field, which allows one to read the action of Hecke operators in a simple fashion. In particular, we will introduce a new family of cubic functional equations for Eisenstein series, and explain that, together with the standard (quadratic) functional equation, these generate all relations between Eisenstein series. We will also explain the link with K-theoretical Hall algebra on the spectral side. This is joint work with A. Negut and F. Sala.
