Comparing group actions on CAT(0) cube complexes

Given two isometric group actions of a given group and a natural notion of equivalence between them, it is desirable to have numerical invariants quantifying how far are these actions from being equivalent. In the case of pairs of negatively curved metrics on closed manifolds or Anosov representations, this can be answered from a statistical point of view, by encoding the associated actions in (analogs of) the geodesic flow. In this talk, I will explain a joint work with Stephen Cantrell, in which we extend this philosophy to a discrete setting and compare "compatible" geometric actions on CAT(0) cube complexes.
