Scientific Profile:
Research in at least one of the fields Algebra, Analysis, and Number Theory, experience in research and teaching on postdoctoral level, ability to cooperate with the relevant research groups at TU Graz and Graz University, sufficient knowledge of German or willingness to acquire such.
Experience in acquiring third party funding and broad scientific interest are desirable.
Admission Requirements:
PhD-level university education in disciplines relevant for the position.

• An outstanding qualification in Research and Teaching
• Visible involvement into international research community
• Appropriate didactic and pedagogical skills for a professorship
• Experience in teaching on Bachelor´s, Master´s and Doctoral program level
• Experience in the acquisition and management of third party funded projects
• Sufficient leadership experience and the ability to lead a research team or unit
• The ability to work in a team and willingness for cooperation within and outside the university
• Competences in Gender, Diversity and Inclusion
• Appropriate competences in English
• Sufficient knowledge of German or willingness to acquire suchLanguage skills:
To ensure international representation of the research group and its work, excellent spoken and written competence in English is expected. Fluency in German or the willingness to acquire it within the first 2 years of service is required.

Salary:
We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 73,515.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
